This past June, Ainsley Hargens attended the Nike Women's Junior Golf Camp at the University of Virginia. She earned this opportunity through the VSGA Fleming Foundation (https://vsga.org/vip-card-program/vsga-vip-scholarship-foundation/the-fleming-fund/).
In addition to being a member of the Spotswood Golf Team, Ainsley has volunteered her time as a mentor to younger girls interested in golf with the LPGA Girls' Golf Program that operates out of Mulligan's Golf Center in Harrisonburg, as well as volunteering with the First Tee of Harrisonburg program. It is through First Tee that Ainsley was nominated for this scholarship.
